RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Crazy & Co., we work as curators and each product is individually hand-picked. Before listing these products on our website we work hard to make sure that they pass our very own very stringent quality control test. We do not list/sell any item that we ourselves won’t buy and wear. However, if you still receive any item that does not match your expectations you are welcome to contact us. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
Refunds
Return the items in no more than 15 days of your purchase. Please make sure that the original condition and the packing of the product is intact. You would have to buy your own shipping for returning the product. The sale price of the item will be refunded to you excluding the shipping cost. Although we would try to refund you at our earliest, it may sometimes take up to two billing cycles for the refund to show on your credit card/ PayPal statement.
Exchange
To exchange and replace a product, please return the first item(s) as mentioned above. You are then welcome to order anything else that you may like as a fresh order from the products listed on the website.
Non-Refundable
All SALE items are non-refundable. They are final sale!

Please email us with the subject "RETURNS" at info@crazyandco.com for further instructions. Include in the email your order # and the reason for your return.
